Silca Grate, received an evaluation report ESR# 3748 from ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES), providing evidence that the Silca Grate meets code requirements. Building officials, architects, contractors, specifiers, designers and others utilize ICC-ES Evaluation Reports to provide a basis for using or approving Silca Grate in construction projects under the International Building Code.

In Canada, an independent engineering company was retained to provide Signed & Sealed Engineering documents for each province, ensuring Provincial Building Codes were adhered to. See the Silca System resources section for full details.
